This right here is one my favorite quick and easy sweet treats. And I do love my sweets.


S'mores Croissant Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • ½ cup mini marshmallows

  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)

  • Optional: Powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle for garnish, 1 tablespoon butter (melted, for brushing)





Prep Time

  • 10 minutes

Cook Time

  • 10–12 minutes

Calories (per roll)

  • Approximately 150–200 calories (depending on portion size and ingredients)



S'mores Croissant Rolls cooking Intructions

  1. Preheat the Oven (or Air Fryer):

    • Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

    • Air Fryer: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare the Crescent Rolls:

    • Roll out the crescent dough triangles on a clean surface.

  3. Assemble the Rolls:

    • On the wide end of each triangle, sprinkle a small amount of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips

    • Roll the triangle from the wide end to the tip, forming a crescent roll shape.

  4. Brush and Bake:

    • Lightly brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter for a golden finish.

    • Oven Method: Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.

    • Air Fryer Method: Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper, place the rolls inside, and cook for 7–9 minutes or until golden and puffed.

  5. Garnish and Serve:

    • Optionally dust with powdered sugar or drizzle melted chocolate over the rolls for extra sweetness.

    • Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, chocolatey, marshmallow goodness of your S'mores Croissant Rolls!
